Matt is the Global Head of Talent and Capability for Domino’s Pizza Enterprises – the largest Master Franchise for Domino’s Pizza outside of the USA. His team serve 100,000+ ‘Dominoids’ across 12 countries in Asia-Pacific and Europe. He is also the Chairperson and Executive Director of Domino’s registered charity – Minds and Meals – supporting youth mental health and providing meals for people in need.

Prior to joining Domino’s, Matt spent nine years as the CEO of yLead – a non-profit that delivers leadership development experiences to 30,000+ young people in Australia and New Zealand annually.

Outside of work, Matt is a self-professed MasterChef, passionate musician and avid adventurer. He is a retired rockstar who spent years banging the drums in his parents’ garage and later twinkling his fingers on the keyboards, touring Australia with his rock band. He has also climbed Mount Kilimanjaro – the tallest mountain in Africa 14 times and trekked the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea.

Most importantly – Matt’s favourite pizza is a Loaded Pepperoni with Anchovies on Thin Crust.

Marc Figgins is the GM Human Resources and Communications New Zealand and joined Westpac in May 2020.

Before Westpac, Marc was GM People for Revenue and Operations at Air New Zealand where he contributed significantly to their People agenda supporting 5,500 FTE across 11 countries implementing a range of innovative employee initiatives.

Before joining the airline, Marc spent 8 years with ANZ as Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. 

A qualified Lawyer, Marc began his career with the NZ Government in Asia-Pacific then spent a number of years in the UK and several in Australia and New Zealand in a variety of HR leadership roles including HR consulting with Price Waterhouse Coopers, before joining ANZ in New Zealand in 2004 and subsequently Air New Zealand in 2016.

His passion is realising the potential in people, human-centric design, delivering future ways of working, data led insights, and how traditionally structured businesses can change to meet a rapidly changing world.

Aston is currently the Chief People Officer for Briscoe Group, a role to which he brings wide industry experience drawn from both the public and private sectors. His experience includes working for organisations as diverse as SkyCity, Woolworths NZ, Woolworths Group (Australia), Progressive Enterprises, Manukau Institute of Technology, NZ Post, and Fonterra in a variety of operational and human resources roles.

He holds Bachelor of Arts, Master of Philosophy (Honours) and Master of Legal Studies (Distinction) degrees from the University of Auckland and a Diploma in Business & Administration from Massey University. Professionally Aston has worked across a range of different functions including retail operations, buying, and human resources. He has governance experience gained through contributions to Retail Industry Training Organization, Waitakere Adult Literacy Incorporated and the Auckland Justices of the Peace Association. He completed a Certificate in Company Direction from the NZIOD in 2009 and was certified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner in 2013.

Within his current portfolio of people related activities, Aston also leads the areas of Health & Safety, Employee Communications and Privacy.

Claire has more than 20 years’ experience in human resource management and a strong background in sustainability. She was previously Chief People and Culture Officer for the SkyCity Entertainment Group, where she led the development and implementation of best practice human resource strategy and has held executive responsibility for sustainability.

Prior, Claire was Chief People Officer at Sanford Limited. She has also held senior HR roles with Carter Holt Harvey and Downer, after several years working in the education sector.

Claire holds a governance role, as Deputy Chair, on the advisory board of the Sustainable Business Council.
